W różnych miejscach, tak jak na fotce. Następnie w miejscu, gdzie owe promienie się spotykają, układamy trochę cyrkonii i perełek.

This one is very easy to make :)
Once the blue nail polish dries, make gold rays with striper (long thin brush) and golden nail laquer. Then add some rhingstones, top coat and ready.
